Raymond Central is accepting applications for a Food Service Manager. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and team oriented individual to lead our school nutrition program and provide nutritious, high-quality meals for students and staff.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Create menus for breakfast and lunch that meet state and federal guidelines
- Ensure compliance with USDA, NDE, and local health department regulations
- Maintain accurate production records, inventory, and required documentation
- Order food and supplies and manage inventory efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the kitchen and serving areas
- Supervise and support kitchen staff, including training as needed
